Sonas gives you the option to add a form on your website where your visitors can book an appointment time slot and send you extra information at the same time. In order to do so, you must complete the following steps:
1) Define the availability for the appointments in every venue that you want to include in the form. You can learn how to do that by reading this article.
2) Once you have checked your availability is correctly defined, you need to create a new external form. The specific steps are covered in this article.
Once everything is ready and you have copied the snippet of code generated in the previous step to your website, your visitors will be able to book slots, and whenever that happens, a new enquiry with an appointment will be created in Sonas directly. Furthermore, you can add the "Show Around/Meeting Booked" activity into the activities that must be verified manually by your staff, so you can review bookings before considering them valid.
