To close a live enquiry you will need to exhaust it within Sonas.

Step-by-step guide:
  1. To exhaust an enquiry, click on the General section of your customer's event sub menu.

  2. Click the Actions menu in the top right hand corner and then Exhaust.

  3. This will take you to another page where you can indicate the reason for shutting down the enquiry and which other venue was booked instead (if known).
