Every company in Sonas is given a random subdomain in the shape of xxxxxx.sonas.email, that you can use with your venues to send and receive regular emails without any hassle. However, using your own address/domain is often preferred as it gives mores security to the recipients and increases your domain recognition. Sonas differentiates between standard email (e.g. regular emails sent to your customers) and bulk email (e.g. marketing campaigns) and allows you to configure domains for both cases in different sections. 

These are instructions for adding and using your own address/domain depending on the type of email sent.
