Occasionally Sonas will need to send you a verification email or a reset password email. Since these emails contain a button in them, they could appear suspicious to your email provider, resulting in them being sent to spam or put in quarantine. If quarantined, the delivery could be delayed hours, if not days. There are a few simple steps you can take to ensure your Sonas emails are delivered to all users in your Company, whether they use their personal emails or a company provided email address.
Identify if your email is personal or a company email. Personal emails will be sent to @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc. Company emails will use your company's domain, such as @myvenue.com.
