Sonas has a customer facing planning portal for your customers to assist in the planning process, approve the T&Cs, see transactions and more! In an effort to make the portal easily accessible for your customers, we recommend adding the link to your venue’s website.
This can be an added to your website's footer, or as an item incorporated in the body of the website.
This will allow your customers to easily remember where they can access the portal. It can also benefit your sales process in that potential customers will see that you offer a planning tool. You can even add “free” or “complimentary” to the link to advertise that the portal is a no cost added benefit for choosing your venue.
Use your brand standards so the wordings/layout/font matches the look and feel of your venue and website.
